3GB RAM and Samsung Smartwatch to Push Galaxy Note 3′s Sale

This year we got Samsung Galaxy S4. Now we are waiting for the next device from Samsung’s highly successful ‘Note’ line, the Galaxy Note 3. Samsung is currently dominating the high-end device market with its ‘S’ and ‘Note’ line of products.
J.K Shin, executive from Samsung has confirmed that Galaxy Note 3 is in works and that it will have a non-flexible 5.9 inch OLED Display, busting all the myth and rumors that the Note 3 could feature a flexible display, owing to the fact that Samsung has been showing off it flexible displays since a long time.
Galaxy Note 3 is rumored to be running on 5 Octa Quad core processor. However, like Samsung Galaxy S4, the Note 3 could also be launched in two variants, one with the Exynos processor, while the other featuring a Snapdragon 800 SoC.

The recently announced 3GB RAM chip is going to be a major highlight of Galaxy Note 3 as it will be the first device to be equipped with 3GB RAM. Total space occupied by the RAM is 120mm. Six LPDDR3 chips were used to create the unit. Two salient features of the RAM are low power consumption and high data transfer rate. The transfer rate is clocked at 2.1Mbps. Without doubt, Samsung may see a mounting sale of Galaxy Note 3 just because of the RAM.
Another interesting rumor brewing up is that Galaxy Note 3 could pair up with Samsung’s new Smartwatch. Recently, images of the alleged Samsung Galaxy Watch, by the name SM-V700 were leaked on the internet. If Galaxy Note 3 indeed arrives with Smartwatch, users will no doubt be delighted; they don’t have to take out the phone every now and then just to see the time. We believe this rumor may come out true as it makes perfect sense for a Smartphone with super size display to have a Smartwatch.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is expected to be revealed few days before the IFA 2013, Berlin, at a Samsung Mobile Unpacked event.
